WildAboutBirds.com ships to addresses within the United States, usually within five business days of receiving your order. After your order is shipped, we will email you the confirmation number and tracking information so you know when you can expect your purchase. WildAboutBirds.com may, at our discretion, ship via alternative methods, as long as the delivery window remains the same.
Returns & Replacements
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition: We accept returns for products in new or slightly used condition.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Fees: There are no restocking fees for any returns.
