Shipping & Delivery
WildAboutBirds.com ships to addresses within the United States via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS), usually within three business days of receiving your order. After your order is shipped, we will email you the confirmation number and tracking information so you know when you can expect your purchase to arrive. 
WildAboutBirds.com may, at our discretion, ship via an alternative method than the one selected, as long as the delivery window remains the same. For example, if you select 2-Day USPS we may ship your product via 2-Day FedEx instead as long as the delivery window is comparable. 
Returns & Replacements
Let us know immediately if the product you receive is broken or doesn't work right. Email details and photos to us right away at [email protected] so we can determine what has happened and how we can help. 
Although uncommon, we know that occasionally a customer might receive an item that was damaged in shipping. We must be contacted within a week from the day the order was shipped, otherwise no credit can be given for shipping damages.
