Shipping & Delivery ships to addresses within the United States, usually within five business days of receiving your order. After your order is shipped, we will email you the confirmation number and tracking information so you know when you can expect your purchase. may, at our discretion, ship via alternative methods, as long as the delivery window remains the same.
EFFECTIVE OCTOBERT 1, 2021: Shipments may take longer than usual to arrive due to staffing shortages and slow delivery schedules. We strive to get your order shipped out quickly but cannot control the speed of UPS, FedEx or the Post Office. Thank you for your patience. 
Returns & Replacements
Let us know immediately¬†if the product you receive is broken or doesn't work right. Email details and photos to us right away at [email protected] so we can determine what has happened and how we can help.¬†
Although uncommon, we know that occasionally a customer might receive an item that was damaged in shipping. We must be contacted within a week from the day the order was shipped, otherwise no credit can be given for shipping damages.
